1] IRREGULAR
OFFICIATING ARRANGENTS IN THE CADRE OF LSG, HSGII
AND HSGI IN VARIOUS DIVISIONS
It has come to the notice of our union that
the officials who have declined promotion to LSG, HSGII and HSGI are given
officiating chance. The DG’S instructions are very clear that once the official
decline promotion he is not entitled to any officiating chance and get the benefit
of higher scale in the next grade.
Our
union requests you to kindly issue general instruction to all the Heads of
Division because this irregular procedure is noticed in majority of the
Divisions.
An
early action is requested.
2] NON GRANT OF
IMMUNITY TO ASST DIVISIONAL SECRETARY AND
DIVISIONAL TREASURER OF CHIDODI DIVISION
The Asst Divisional secretary of NAPE
Group’C’ Chikodi division Sri S.K.Harare is working as SPM at Kothali and the
divisional treasure Sri N.A.Shiragaonkar is working as SPM at Venadi. Our
divisional union took up the problem of granting immunity and sought transfer
of both of them to Head Quarters. But SP Chikodi did not transfer. Then the
problem was taken up with PMG N,K,Region. But PMG N.K.Region took a stand since
one of the Asst secretary and the Asst treasurer are working at Head Quarters
there is no need to bring the Asst divisional secretary and divisional
Treasurer to Head Quarters. But DG’s instructions are very clear and SP or PMG
N.K. cannot violate and take a different stand.
As
the problem did not get solved at Regional level it was taken at C.O. level by
bringing the problem to your kind notice by addressing a D.O. letter
No9/NAPE/KA/2013 dated 12/03/2013 even to this date the problem remains
unsolved.
Our
union requests you to kindly direct the SP Chikodi to transfer both the Asst divisional
secretary and the divisional treasurer to the Head Quarters early.
3] INJUSTICE DONE
WHILE ORDERING ROTATIONAL TRANSFER ORDERS BY
SP CHANNAPATNA DIVISIONAL
A case of one official continuously working
in the same office for the last 9 years in Channapatna division has come to the
notice of our union.
Sri
Basavalingappa was posted as PA Channapatna during 2004. He continued in that
post till 2008 and he was promoted and posted APM SB during 2008. He completed
his tenure during 2012. Because he has completed the post tenure as well
station tenure he should have been posted outside Channapatna. But SP
Channapatna posted his as APM mails in the same office during 2012.
Even
though there were officials who were working outside channapatna and requested
for a posting to channapatna they were denied and this official Sri
Basavalingappa was given undue favour.
In
this connection our union brought this problem to your personal notice vide my
union letter No10/BG/NAPE/2012-13 dated 04/12/2012 followed by a reminder dated
03/04/2013. Even to this day the problem remains not solved.
Our
union requests you to kindly take early necessary action and post a suitable
official in place of Sri Basavalingappa and post Sri Basavalingappa outside
Channapatna.
4] FAVOURTISM
SHOWN WHILE POSTING LSG OFFICIALS BY SSP BG SOUTH
DIVISION
A case of showing undue favour while posting
LSG official by SSP BG South division was brought to the notice of the CO by
addressing a letter to DPS HQ on 11/12/2012. In response to that CO ordered
that Smt M.R.Subradra LSG Supervisor C.S.D should be posted outside C.S.D.SSP
BG South Division issued orders never implemented.
Our
union brought this case to the notice of DPS HQ by addressing a letter
No08/BG/NAPE/2012-14 dated 03/04/2013. But still the problem remains unsolved.
Our
union request for early action.
